Molino de Pez, the new restaurant by Nino Redruello, Patxi Zumarraga and Jaime Santianes in Barcelona, located beneath the Seventy hotel on Nuñez i Navarro, halfway between the Eixample and the Gràcia neighbourhood. Designed by Nacho Redruello's “Arquitectura Invisible” studio, the premises can seat 140 people, divided into two floors, and is decorated with details that recall the history and emotional link with the family.

The restaurant offers a daily changing menu based on the availability of raw materials in the market. Its cuisine showcases customs and flavors that never go out of style. The focus of its gastronomic proposal lies in the craftsmanship of traditional dishes, the stews, and the spoon dishes. The restaurant serves generous portions cooked over fire and embers in an open kitchen with a grill and wood oven, and prepared using slow cooking techniques. In short, the restaurant's appeal lies in its perfect simplicity.

The average price per person is around 40–50 euros.
