Barcelona has attracted 96 of the largest digital companies from around the world. They decided to open their regional digital centers in Catalonia. Among the most famous enterprises are Google, Microsoft, PepsiCo Inc., Intel, and Sanofi S.A. The city is becoming one of the largest innovation centers in the EU. Thousands of start-ups have already launched in Barcelona. Many foreign multinational corporations have moved their regional headquarters here.
