Native or proficient in Italian and fluent in English. Spanish is a plus!
Profound knowledge of Windows Operating System
Good knowledge of applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and/or other relevant applicants
Profound knowledge of hardware components
Very good understanding of technical issues
Experience in hardware support, preferably by phone and email
