- Native or proficient in Italian and fluent in English. Spanish is a plus!
- Profound knowledge of Windows Operating System
- Good knowledge of applications such as MS Office, image editing tools and/or other relevant applicants
- Profound knowledge of hardware components
- Very good understanding of technical issues
- Experience in hardware support, preferably by phone and email
