The consultancy firm PwC and the Urban Land Institute (ULI) published a report, based on a survey of more than 1.000 players of the real estate industry. They ranked European cities most attractive for real estate investment. Madrid is the 4th and Barcelona is the 9th among the best ten cities. London tops the list, followed by Paris and Berlin. Also in the top 10 for 2023 are Munich, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Milan.
