Preparations in full swing for the upcoming municipal elections

The municipal elections are approaching, with over 17 million ballot papers and more than 2,000 ballot boxes set to be distributed across 301 polling stations. The Department for Maintenance and Works, under the Manager's Office for Resources, is diligently handling the logistics to ensure a smooth election day. All preparations have been completed for the upcoming local elections on May 28th, which will determine the 41 councilors constituting the municipal corporation. Barcelona City Council reported the final number of electors in the city of Barcelona: 1,108,175 people on the electoral roll with the right to vote.
