After the crisis of 2022, the Spanish labor market is actively looking for new employees. More than 120,000 vacancies are currently open in the fields of IT, healthcare and construction. Moreover, an increasing number of companies are ready to hire foreigners and take over the procedures for their legalization in the country. The Ministry of Labor estimates that within 10 years the Kingdom of Spain will need to attract more than a million new professionals.
