Contrary to what takes place in the Tablaos, in Gran Gala Flamenco, the spectator enjoys spectacular choreography created by the most acclaimed companies of the present panorama of Catalan and Spanish dance. A show that transports the spectator on a journey through the different “palos” (“rhythms”) of flamenco. A unique show, a succession of sensations, derived from rhythms that define flamenco art, intangible heritage of humanity.
In this show the spectator will be able to move through the different “palos” of flamenco (rhythmic patterns such as “bulería”, festive and happy, “solea”, solemn and concentrate, “alegría”, dynamic and fluid, “tango”, “guajira”, “farruca”). Introducing the new Catalonian generation of flamenco artists, Gran Gala Flamenco offers a perfect union of heart and soul, music and dance, passion and rhythm.
