(and Dos Palillos, of course).
Dos Pebrots has become a project that aims to review, contextualize and reinterpret the origins of Mediterranean culture through the cuisines of the different civilizations who have had the honor of inhabiting its shores.
From the study of ancient texts and books comes a different and fun proposal, making us learn and gain understanding while enjoying the gastronomy.
