Requirements (basics): Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure that the appropriate resources are available to meet operators’ demands In direct collaboration with our international customers: B2B channel Liaise with all departments and company partners to give the best quality service to UK operators and keep an excellent relationship with them Responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks and making sure the relationship with our operators is always successful Daily contact with the operators' team in order to answer their questions timely and effectively Participating in the company's decisions and helping build up a strong logistics department and providing continuous improvement Execute, monitor, analyze and report on all daily logistics and design operations from the operators' point of view Build relationships quickly and manage multiple issues at once Work independently while being a real team player English and French
